How This Tracker Works

This tracker logs every meal's protein content and visualizes your distribution across the day. The timeline chart shows when you eat protein relative to your wake time, workout, and bedtime. The progress bar tracks your daily total against your target.

Distribution feedback: The tool checks if you have 4+ meals with adequate protein per meal (30-40g for most adults). If you're front-loading all protein at dinner or skipping breakfast, the feedback panel flags it. Research shows 4-5 protein pulses per day maximizes muscle protein synthesis.

History: Up to 14 days of meal logs are stored locally. Export any day as CSV for your records or to share with a coach. Compare days to see patterns in your eating habits.
